Prices WINPACCS
WINPACCS is provided as Software as a Service. Invoicing is performed on a monthly basis and comprises a basic fee and additional fees for actual services used.
€ 395 per month and organisation
The following services are included in the basic fee:
- Hosting of your own WINPACCS Cloud data on high availability server infrastructure including comprehensive data protection measures.
- Usage of the WINPACCS Cloud database with up to 15 GB storage. A fee of € 10.00 is charged per GB on a monthly basis for any further storage.
- Usage of the WINPACCS Cloud file storage with up to 10 GB storage. A monthly fee of € 0.20 per GB is charged for any further storage. This storage option is designed for large amounts of data and offers a cost-effective storage solution. It is used, for example, for storing digital vouchers and document files.
- A Sufficient number of important user roles, to facilitate the central functions of WINPACCS.
- Five projects in planning status, 20 active projects, 1,000 archived projects.
- Free participation for your own staff in webinars that provide practical instruction on the most important features of WINPACCS.
- Free participation for staff from partner organisations in webinars providing the know-how required to use the Partnerbook.
- Unlimited access to the WINPACCS Document Library with invaluable information on using WINPACCS.
- Access to standard training documents in electronic form in English for trainers and participants for performing in-house training.
Project roles are standard roles that are tailored to the actual areas of responsibility of project staff. They allow WINPACCS functions to be used that fit exactly to their tasks.

Cross-project roles are tailored to the tasks of employees who work across projects in branches or at head office. They enable targeted access to the functions that are relevant to their role.

These interfaces include one or more of the following functions: ‘Retrieve project list’, ‘Retrieve budget structures for projects’, ‘Retrieve organisation units’, ‘Retrieve journals for projects’ and ‘Retrieve units of quantity’. Calls to these functions are counted separately and across all interfaces, with up to 10,000 calls included. Any further calls will be charged at €0.05 per additional call. No separate basic fee is charged for the use of these functions.

Es fällt für die Einrichtung der Bereitstellungsumgebungen jeweils eine einmalige Einrichtungsgebühr von 150,00 € an. In der Monatsmiete ist enthalten:
- 15 GB WINPACCS Cloud Datenbank, 10,00 € je weiteres GB.
- 10 GB WINPACCS Cloud Dateiablage, 0,20 € je weiteres GB.
Consultancy and support services are charged as follows:

The prices are valid from 1 January 2027.
VAT applies to all the above listed prices.
The minimum period for using WINPACCS is 12 months and contracts can be terminated at three-months’ notice at the end of the month. Optional extra functions, the WINPACCS APIs, file-based interfaces and deployment environments can be terminated at the end of any month.
The number of user roles used is calculated each month and invoiced accordingly. There is an option to receive
a distribution of costs to projects or organisational units as an invoice attachment.
