- Displaying digital vouchers in Project controlling in WINPACCS Cloud.
- Downloading digital vouchers in WINPACCS Accounting Project accounting.
- Differentiated assignment of rights in WINPACCS for regulating access and verifying digital vouchers according to the dual control principle.
- Logging of key events in managing digital vouchers.
Which user roles allow me to utilise Digital Vouchers?
The "Digital voucher editor" user role allows you to use the "Digital vouchers" function.
The "Digital voucher auditor" user role authorises you to approve the scanned vouchers in keeping with the dual control principle.
