  • Automatically uploading vouchers to WINPACCS Cloud.
  • Alternatively, manually assigning digital vouchers to smaller quantities of postings or for use in corrections.
  • Convenient displaying of the posting data in WINPACCS Cloud alongside the digital vouchers.
  • Displaying digital vouchers in Project controlling in WINPACCS Cloud.
  • Downloading digital vouchers in WINPACCS Accounting Project accounting.
  • Differentiated assignment of rights in WINPACCS for regulating access and verifying digital vouchers according to the dual control principle.
  • Logging of key events in managing digital vouchers.

Which user roles allow me to utilise Digital Vouchers?

The "Digital voucher editor" user role allows you to use the "Digital vouchers" function.
The "Digital voucher auditor" user role authorises you to approve the scanned vouchers in keeping with the dual control principle.
