Cooperation with partners is of great importance in development cooperation. Many project tasks are carried out by partner organisations. It is often agreed in the corresponding contracts that the partner's expenditure must be submitted for verification.
Recording the expenditure, submitting it to the commissioning project and checking and approving it by the person responsible are tasks that are very laborious and time-consuming when carried out manually.
The WINPACCS Partnerbook maps this process electronically - online, user-friendly and easily adaptable to the requirements of the respective organisation. With a special user role for the partner organisation.
The approved outputs are then directly available in WINPACCS Controlling and can be used for documentation for the client.
Functions of the Partnerbook

- Logging of all changes from the time of submission.
- Direct integration of the released vouchers into WINPACCS project controlling for use in analyses and donor reports.
- Complete functionality in the cloud can be operated with the browser, no installations required at the partner's premises.
Which user roles allow me to use the Partnerbook?
The Partnerbook can be used with the user role Partner book user. Releasing and rejecting vouchers is possible with the Project controller user role.
