Project controlling in practice - insights from Ukraine

In this workshop, the Head of Finance and Deputy Country Director of Help - Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. in Ukraine reports on how he uses WINPACCS Controlling and Project Controlling to organise financial monitoring efficiently and transparently, even in projects with many partners.

The ability to utilise different budget structures for sub-projects is particularly helpful: They enable a precise mapping of the budgets and costs of the sub-projects carried out by partners - and at the same time a consolidated overview of the budget and costs of the overall project.
