Kostiantyn Nenakhov is an accountant with 25 years of professional experience. Before joining Help, he worked in the commercial sector in various senior finance roles, including Chief Accountant and Chief Financial Officer, gaining solid experience in financial management, accounting and business administration.
Since joining Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. in Ukraine, Kostiantyn has progressed through several finance and management roles, taking on growing responsibilities in financial oversight and administration. In his current role as Head of Finance & Administration and Deputy Country Director, he focuses on keeping financial processes transparent and efficient, supporting project teams and partners, and ensuring that donor requirements are met with accuracy and integrity.
Kostiantyn takes pride in contributing to an organization whose mission is to support people affected by the war in Ukraine and sees his work in finance as a way to make this assistance more transparent, reliable and effective.
