External Digital Voucher Archive

WINPACCS offers digital voucher entries with an integrated digital image archive.

If the customer wants to manage digital vouchers in its own image archive, that is also possible. Digital vouchers can be exchanged with an external voucher archive via a standard interface in WINPACCS online.

• Digital vouchers can thus be captured in WINPACCS and forwarded to the external voucher archive via WINPACCS online.
• Digital vouchers can be uploaded from the external voucher archive and copied for presentation of the postings concerned in WINPACCS.
