Tearfund Germany
Tearfund Germany is a Christian non-profit association. They help people in need and support them to live in dignity and make self-determined choices.
Christian faith motivates Tearfund Germany to serve people in need without regard to background, culture and faith.
Their work includes supporting refugees and internally displaced persons and providing people with access to safe water, sanitation and health care. Tearfund Germany is also active in peacebuilding and conflict resolution. Projects are coordinated by their local staff and carried out jointly with the local population. In this way, Tearfund Germany creates space for encounters and dialogue so that people of different backgrounds and worldviews can work together to bring about change.
What we love about WINPACCS is that we can call up project controlling with one click and configure it just as easily. The integration of the diverse project and financial data works intuitively and is transparent and comprehensible at all times. This means we always have an overview of the project finances for our global projects and every employee can call up the data they need.
