It helps to quickly clarify terms spoken about and used in the multi-lingual environment of international development cooperation and how they are to be understood in the application.
Die Auswirkung der Buchungen der Projektbuchhaltung auf den Jahresabschluss der Organisation werden in WINPACCS als "bilanzwirksam" bezeichnet.
Journale der Projektbuchhaltung haben daher den Belegtyp "bilanzwirksam". Die Buchungen aus diesen Journalen werden an die Unternehmensbuchhaltung weitergegeben.
Im Gegensatz dazu stehen die Buchungen der Journale mit dem Belegtyp "nachrichtlich", welche Ausgaben von Partner betreffen und nicht an die Projektbuchhaltung oder Unternehmensbuchhaltung weitergegeben werden.
