The WINPACCS glossary provides helpful explanations on the WINPACCS technical terms that are used most frequently.

This glossary / collection contains many important specialist terms in four languages and explains them within the framework of WINPACCS. It helps to quickly clarify terms spoken about and used in the multi-lingual environment of international development cooperation and how they are to be understood in the application.

Mise à disposition de fonds

Par mise à disposition de fonds, nous entendons tout flux financier s'opérant de la centrale vers le projet. Ce genre de transaction peut aussi concerner des fonds d'autres projets ou journaux (p.ex. Lors d'un échange de devises).
Dans WINPACCS accounting, ce genre de comptabilisation se réalise par le type d'opération 1. Les mises à disposition de fonds impliquent toujours un changement du cours mixte (i.e. en plus du montant en monnaie du justificatif, le montant en monnaie d'entreprise doit être obligatoirement généré).
