This glossary / collection contains many important specialist terms in four languages and explains them within the framework of WINPACCS. It helps to quickly clarify terms spoken about and used in the multi-lingual environment of international development cooperation and how they are to be understood in the application.
Chaque flux de trésorerie a lieu entre un projet et une autre partie concernée, par exemple un commerçant, un prestataire de services, le siège social de la propre organisation, un partenaire ou un projet externe. Ce champ permet de désigner ces parties concernées. Selon qu'il s'agit d'un versement ou d'un dépôt (WINPACCS Cashbook) ou d'une transaction (WINPACCS Accounting), cette seconde partie concernée est soit un bénéficiaire, soit un payeur.
En règle générale : il faut entrer le nom du bénéficiaire pour une dépense et le nom du payeur pour une entrée.
