The WINPACCS glossary provides helpful explanations on the WINPACCS technical terms that are used most frequently.

This glossary / collection contains many important specialist terms in four languages and explains them within the framework of WINPACCS. It helps to quickly clarify terms spoken about and used in the multi-lingual environment of international development cooperation and how they are to be understood in the application.

Justificatif numérique

Un justificatif numérique décrit le justificatif papier scanné qui peut être ajouté à une écriture. Un justificatif numérique peut être chargé lors de la pré-saisie des justificatifs dans WINPACCS Cashbook, lors de la comptabilisation de l’écriture dans WINPACCS Accounting ou directement dans WINPACCS Cloud. Il y est ensuite relié à une écriture et peut être utilisé à des fins de contrôle. Une fonction supplémentaire est disponible en WINPACCS Cloud pour le contrôle des justificatifs numériques.
