It helps to quickly clarify terms spoken about and used in the multi-lingual environment of international development cooperation and how they are to be understood in the application.

Comprobante propio

En la contabilidad existe la regla: ninguna contabilización sin comprobante. Sin embargo, hay gastos por los que no se recibe ningún comprobante, p. ej., en un viaje en taxi o una compra en un mercadillo. Para que el gasto pueda ser liquidado, es necesario que un colaborador de la organización genere un comprobante propio.
