The WINPACCS glossary provides helpful explanations on the WINPACCS technical terms that are used most frequently.

This glossary / collection contains many important specialist terms in four languages and explains them within the framework of WINPACCS. It helps to quickly clarify terms spoken about and used in the multi-lingual environment of international development cooperation and how they are to be understood in the application.

Buchungsstatus

Der Buchungsstatus zeigt in WINPACCS Accounting an, in welchem Bearbeitungsschritt sich eine Buchung befindet. Buchungen werden erst in der Projektbuchhaltung gebucht, dann mit Tages- oder Monatsabschlüssen in WINPACCS Cloud hochgeladen und dort manuell oder automatisch freigegeben. Nach der Freigabe werden die relevanten Buchungspositionen in das Projektcontrolling übernommen und über eine Schnittstelle an die Unternehmensbuchhaltung weitergegeben.

Die folgenden Buchungsstatus bilden diesen Prozess ab:

  • "Gebucht Projektbuchhaltung" (noch nicht in einem Abschluss enthalten, bestimmte Buchungsdaten können noch geändert werden),
  • "Weitergegeben" (in einem Abschluss enthalten, evtl. noch Zusatzinformationen änderbar),
  • "Freigegeben" (optional, die Buchung wurde in WINPACCS Cloud manuell oder automatisch geprüft, evtl. noch Zusatzinformationen änderbar),
  • "Gebucht Unternehmensbuchhaltung" (optional, die Buchung wurde in der Unternehmensbuchhaltung gebucht, evtl. noch Zusatzinformationen änderbar).
