This glossary / collection contains many important specialist terms in four languages and explains them within the framework of WINPACCS. It helps to quickly clarify terms spoken about and used in the multi-lingual environment of international development cooperation and how they are to be understood in the application.
Ein Bericht stellt ausgewählte Daten in übersichtlicher Form in einem Ausgabeformat (meist PDF oder Excel) dar und dient der Dokumentation oder Auswertung dieser Daten. WINPACCS bietet eine Vielzahl von Berichten, die teilweise vor der Ausgabe durch Filtereinstellungen oder die Konfiguration der zugrunde liegenden Tabelle am Bildschirm angepasst werden können. Ein Beispiel für einen Bericht ist der Journalbericht der Projektbuchhaltung, der je nach Konfiguration alle oder nur bestimmte Buchungen des Journals aufführt.
