What are the advantages of certification?
The certification attests to the fact that WINPACCS enables accounting in accordance with the German principles of orderly and generally accepted accounting (“Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung, GoB”).

The product: WINPACCS Cloud, the Project accounting module WINPACCS Accounting and the Project cashbook module WINPACCS Cashbook were audited to determine whether the applications enable proper accounting in accordance with GoB.
Our quality management: The software development process was audited to ensure that WINPACCS is developed in an orderly manner. The audit covered our software development process including software maintenance, tests and releases, the development environment, system documentation and online Help in the applications.
What is this standard?
IDW PS 880 is the authoritative auditing standard (PS) of the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (IDW) for the auditing of software products.
It sets out criteria for assessing whether a software product, when used properly, enables GoB-compliant accounting.
For this purpose, the auditors test the programme functions (e.g. voucher, journal and account functions), the software security and the documentation.
