Data exchange between project accounting and financial accounting

WINPACCS offers a standard interface to many financial accounting systems, whereby postings from the project accounting can be forwarded to financial accounting and postings can be uploaded from financial accounting.

Data Transfer from the Company Accounting

  • Configuration of the interface for the requirements of the company accounting
  • Updating of an assignment table for automatic assignment of accounts from the company accounting to accounts of the WINPACCS main chart of accounts
  • Downloading of the data from the company accounting and splitting of the postings based on projects and fundings
  • Automatic forwarding of the data to WINPACCS Controlling
  • Detailed logging of the copying process
  • Works in accordance with German Principles of Orderly Accounting (GOB)

Forward data to the Company Accounting

  • Configuration of the interface for the requirements of the company accounting
  • Updating of an assignment table for automatic assignment of accounts from the WINPACCS main chart of accounts to the accounts of the company accounting
  • Forwarding of end-of-period accounts to the company accounting
  • Option to forwarding postings in the form of individual vouchers or balances
  • Detailed logging of the copying process
  • Works in accordance with German Principles of Orderly Accounting (GOB)
