WINPACCS Controlling provides organisations and service providers in the field of development cooperation with a powerful tool for cross-project financial analysis. The function enables all financial data from all projects to be pooled centrally and analysed according to custom criteria - be it by region, donor, project category or time period.  

Functions of WINPACCS Controlling

  • Cross-project analyses and reports based on consolidated financial data
  • Flexible filtering and grouping of data according to criteria such as project countries, organisation units, donors, sectors or custom characteristics.
  • Preparation of strategic reports to analyse expenses by cost categories, time period or thematic focus.
  • Formation of project groups according to freely definable criteria - e.g. by region, topic or donor
  • Creating budgets at project group level and carrying out target/actual comparisons for strategic budget control.
  • Possibility to check individual postings in detail down to voucher level, including display of digital vouchers.
  • Display of financial data in the company currency or in the voucher currency of the respective posting.
  • Wizard function to aid creation of complex analyses and reports.
  • Secure, worldwide access to all controlling data via the WINPACCS Cloud.
  • Control access rights to postings and analyses by assigning countries, organisation units and projects or programmes to users.
  • Export of analyses and reports in various formats, e.g. Excel or PDF.
