The programme offered a well-balanced mix of practical insights and forward-looking topics around WINPACCS. Live demonstrations showcased new and enhanced features, while a preview of upcoming developments gave a glimpse of what’s to come. Expert panels, a subsequent Q&A session and numerous opportunities for personal exchange complemented the programme.
A special highlight was the active involvement of our customers: in workshops on topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Financial Accounting, Dashboards and Programme Management, participants shared their experiences, deepened their knowledge and provided valuable input for the further development of WINPACCS. Talks by Stephan Krämer (Vision Hope), Gabriele Kleinen-Rätz (DGRV) and Kostiantyn Nenakhov (Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e. V.) enriched the day with additional inspiration and depth.
Stefan Kleschewski, Director of Finance, Human Resources and Administration at NIRAS Germany, summed up his impressions as follows: “What excited me most was seeing the innovations that have been implemented over the past few months – and getting a glimpse of what’s to come. We’re really looking forward to the upcoming features – and the Customer Day is a fantastic opportunity to actively help shape them!”
