Netherlands Red Cross

The Netherlands Red Cross (NLRC) was founded in 1867 in the Netherlands and has its headquarters in the Hague. NLRC is part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

The organisation´s goal is to prevent human suffering, and to improve the situation of vulnerable people. The Netherlands Red Cross helps, protects and takes care of people that are victims of war, conflict, and disaster, and those who need assistance because of other circumstances. NLRC wants to strengthen the protection of human dignity.

NLRC works closely with its local partner organizations in other countries by sending specialist staff to the disaster areas.

With the rollout of WINPACCS in 2007, the Netherlands Red Cross was the first international WINPACCS customer outside of Germany.

Over the course of the years, the various upgrades and enhancements of WINPACCS were gradually installed at the head office and in the projects, so the applications in use today are up to date.

The Netherlands Red Cross uses WINPACCS to record accounting data in regional offices and local projects carried out in cooperation with partners and to produce the necessary analyses and reports.
