Project groups enable you to group projects according to common characteristics and view them from a cross-cutting perspective. For example, you can analyse costs by sector, region or country and keep track of the development of Budgets and key performance indicators for selected project groups.
Using practical case studies, the workshop will show you how to utilise these capabilities for your management accounting and how to flexibly adapt your analyses to your Organisation’s information requirements.
The workshop is aimed at WINPACCS customers who wish to analyse and efficiently manage budgets, costs and key performance indicators across projects.
