Since 2004, Stephan Kraemer is working in Relief and Development projects, after graduating in Civil Engineering with a Master Thesis about Rainwater Harvesting in Yemen. For five years, he worked as project manager with Vision Hope in Yemen. During this time, he witnessed the introduction of WINPACCS.
After returning to Germany in 2010, he joined another NGO and stayed involved in Yemen and the wider Middle East from HQ side. In his new role, he also was responsible for managing WINPACCS for the organization, and led the introduction of WINPACCS Cloud and later WINPACCS Accounting 4.
In 2021, Stephan Kraemer returned to Vision Hope, built up a Berlin presence for the organization, and about a year later was appointed as Executive Director.
