The enhanced WINPACCS Partnerbook – now with balance sheet effective postings

New features for smarter partner collaboration – live in our workshop

In this workshop, we will present the new features of the enhanced WINPACCS Partnerbook.

For the first time, postings from partner organisations can be directly integrated into your own accounting. In a live demo, we will show how partner organisations submit their postings and how approved vouchers are used to generate a voucher batch for WINPACCS Accounting.

A new feature also enables the conversion of  vouchers for information purpose into the company currency in Project Controlling using the FiFo method (First in – First out), making them usable for partner budgets.

You will also learn how partner expenditures can be further processed in Controlling and integrated into donor reports.
