Managing Programmes in WINPACCS

Programmes in development cooperation are comprehensive, long-term initiatives that include several projects and activities. The aim of this seminar is to introduce the basic settings for programme management and to learn how to create master data for programmes and their projects. You will also learn how to create budgets in controlling and how to perform corresponding analyses for a programme. In addition, you will learn how to use project groups to flexibly create budgets and analyses across a selection of projects.
  • Organisational settings for programme administration
    Get to know the options for configuring the settings for programme administration, including the individual fields for the programme master data.
  • Creating and managing programmes
    Create a new programme with master data, funding (programme funding incl. reporting currency scheme and budget structures), programme chart of accounts and assigned projects.
  • Use of Controlling - Programmes
    Postings, Budgets and Analyses
  • Outlook Project Groups

Target audience

Project administrator and Controller: This seminar is for employees of organisations that use programmes cross-project budgets and analysis in controlling.

Participation

You can register through your organisation's WINPACCS Coordinator. Coordinators can register after logging in to the customer portal.

Participation requirements

Experience in using a PC and Microsoft Windows. Please bring your own notebook to the seminar.
