Sonja Altevolmer-Beattie

Sonja Altevolmer-Beattie holds a diploma in business administration from the University of Applied Science Osnabrück. After working in the private business sector for a few years, she started to work with GIZ in the field of international cooperation. She has held different roles in Germany and abroad over the last twenty years focusing on procurement and finance.

Sonja Altevolmer-Beattie has been the head of section of the Project Accounting Team at GIZ head-office, safeguarding the effective use of WINPACCS since June 2019. This also includes coordinating and implementing new WINPACCS versions and providing training in the project countries. The team is also the first point of contact for support questions in the project offices.
