Rainer Salm

Rainer Salm studied international law at the Moscow State Institute for International Relations and economics at the FernUniversität Hagen.

In 1995, he joined GOPA as a Finance and Contract Manager covering the financial and contractual side of the technical assistance projects implemented by GOPA for public donors.

When GOPA introduced WINPACCS in 2015, he was one of the first to use it and to roll it out in GOPA projects.

Since 2019, he is a member of the Finance and Controlling Unit and WINPACCS Coordinator. His tasks include coordinating and implementing new WINPACCS versions, providing training and first level support in-house, online as well as in project offices.
