The WINPACCS support team provides quick and uncomplicated solutions for technical enquiries or content-related questions, e.g. by using Skype or remote maintenance if necessary. WINPACCS support is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. CET.

Invoicing is based on actual time taken.

In addition, we offer you assistance in building your own support team, as the first point of contact for your staff working on the projects.
