The “Financial administrator” is a member of staff who is in charge of Financial administration in an organisation or reports directly to the person who is.
The role permits the user to configure key financial administration settings. This includes editing the main chart of accounts, the journal categories, the categories for unsettled items, the cost centres and the list of currencies. The role also includes the rights to edit the interface to the Company accounting and its settings. Furthermore, the role comprises the rights to edit the organisational settings for the Financial administration, the Company accounting, and the settings for WINPACCS accounting and WINPACCS cashbook.
