The integrated partner management offers the possibility to administer data of partners and connect them to projects and other areas in WINPACCS.
The following functions are available:
- Administration of the partner’s master data
- Administration of the partner’s contracts
- Assigning partners to projects
- Assigning partner roles
- Assigning fundings to contracts with partners
- Integration of partner accounting data
- Create persons of the partner by integrating in the person administration
- Configuration and compilation of user-defined reports
- Extension of master data by integrating individual fields
- Entering bank accounts of the partners and use for payment transactions
- Logging of important events in the partner administration
You can use the partner management directly decentrally from the project administration.
The pricing packages “Standard” and “Advanced” have the additional possibility to centrally access data of all partners via a partner administrator.
