Management of Fund Supplies

Management of fund supplies is a particular challenge for international aid organisations. The long distances, the different time zones and the various ways to send the funds needed to the offices and projects are examples of these particular challenges.

The functional area management of fund supplies in WINPACCS offers functions tailored specifically to the requirements of international cooperation to support this task.

Among others, it supports the following tasks:

  • Setting of the funding requests by employees of the projects or offices
  • Overview of the funding requests of all projects for the employees responsible at head office
  • Central planning of the disbursements with creation of a payment file for conducting automatic bank transfers
  • Extensive reporting options for very different requirements with the possibility to create individual reports
