WINPACCS for Project controllers and Project finance managers

The aim of this seminar is to show you how key project-specific data can be set up for the Project accounting, as well as how to verify and release closings. You'll also learn how to draw up analyses with target/actual comparisons and donor settlements, and how to create key project-specific data for internal and external project cost accounting and budget monitoring.
  • Creating new projects
    Project master data, project classification, individual fields
  • Creating and administering project data
    Bank details, project chart of accounts, fundings, project accounting journals, cash and bank books
  • Checking and releasing closings
    Closings and possibly individual postings from the project accounting on-site in the Cloud, changing the status of closings (e.g. for forwarding to the company accounting)
  • Get to know different instruments in controlling and budget supervision
    cost category groups, budget structures, budgets and reporting currency schemes
  • Checking postings and adjusting them in controlling
    posting other budget lines, assigning sub-accounts etc., splitting postings
  • Creating posting overviews
    working more efficiently with table layouts that fit your requirements
  • Drawing up analyses
    configure target-actual comparisons, itemizing costs, using two-step analyses, configuring how individual postings can be shown as proof to analyses, monitoring of quantities, exporting analyses
  • Creating settlements according to the requirements of different donors
    Configuring reports for complex donor requirements, various options for currency conversion with currency conversion schemes

Participant requirements

Experience with PCs and Microsoft Windows.
