This seminar will teach you how to plan projects in WINPACCS based on the Logical Framework Approach. Learn how to enter and update impact, outcome, outputs and activities, as well as assumptions and indicators using a structured approach.
We’ll also look at assigning costs to activities and the use of various project management functions to keep track of project progress, besides budget and project costs.
In addition, you’ll find out about recording milestones and measured values for your indicators, so you can systematically achieve impacts in your projects.
- Project planning
Create a plan for your projects based on the Logical Framework Approach.
- Project management
Employ various Project management functions using a Gantt chart. Create a budget structure from the Project planning and assign the project costs to the activities. Monitor both budget and project costs.
Enter indicators with milestones and measured values. Evaluate indicator progress and create monitoring overviews.
- Experience with PCs and Microsoft Windows.
