Notes on Online Participation

Here you will find important information and system requirements for online participation in our events. Please also note our data protection information (section “Conference tools used”).

To offer our international participants the best possible event experience, we use real-time text translation at some WINPACCS events. Through the provider LiveVoice, you can follow the spoken contributions of the event as live text in various languages – currently in German, English, French, or Spanish.

Usage is free and very simple: During the event, open the provided link to the text translation in your browser or in the LiveVoice app and follow the translation live on your own device – smartphone, laptop, or tablet.

You can find more about LiveVoice and how to use it here: https://livevoice.io/en/get-started

On Mobile Devices

We recommend you download the LiveVoice App from the App Store or Google Play.

Open the app and either:

  • Click the direct link we provide, or
  • Enter the access code manually

On a PC or Laptop

Simply open the link in your web browser (no installation required). Alternatively, go to LiveVoice: Live Audio and AI Translation for your event and enter the access code provided.
