Inventory management and a preview of asset accounting

Assets used in development cooperation projects and offices require special attention. Get to know WINPACCS inventory management in this workshop. See how easy it is to add an asset to the inventory list when posting or how you can create overviews of all assets with regard to project groups, countries, donors, locations or other characteristics. And there is another highlight in this workshop: Get a first look at the planned asset accounting. In WINPACCS Cloud, it will be possible to post the depreciation of fixed assets directly.

Cooperation with partners in WINPACCS

Cooperation with partners is a cornerstone of development cooperation. Without local partners, the work on the ground would be inconceivable. This cooperation is as important as the form it takes is diverse. From taking over individual activities to the implementation of the entire project by the partner, there is a broad spectrum of cooperation. WINPACCS offers a wide range of possibilities for mapping this cooperation, both in terms of project management and financial integration. In this workshop, you will learn how to map partner projects in the project management and in the financial presentation. Ask your questions and use the opportunity to express your wishes for future developments.

New financial accounting according to IFRS

Aid organisations and consulting companies are increasingly confronted with the need to register as a local organisation in partner countries and to submit annual financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). WINPACCS will support this requirement in the future - as usual as an integrated functionality in the Cloud and optimally adapted to the requirements in development cooperation. Get a first insight into this new functionality and contribute your wishes and requirements.

Project categories and project types in WINPACCS

Projects in development cooperation are usually planned and implemented individually depending on the situation. Nevertheless, many aid organisations have projects that are also implemented in a similar form and with similar characteristics at various other locations. For example, because they are carried out for the same donor and/or because they cover the same topic. WINPACC offers the possibility to set up project types and project categories. This function makes it possible to create a similar setup for these partially standardised projects, which is then used when creating a new project. Discover this possibility, which settings are currently already available and discuss your needs for future developments with our consultants.

Still, in practice, sometimes helpful functions are not known to users. Attend this workshop to ask what you have always wanted to ask. We look forward to your questions and will be happy to answer them. And we are sure that we can show you good solutions for many things. And where this is not possible, we welcome your feedback to improve WINPACCS in the future.
