WINPACCS Customer Day 2025
The regularly held Customer Day is the exchange and information event for our customers: On this day, you will receive information about current and planned innovations around WINPACCS, you can pass on questions and wishes to us and exchange ideas with other users.
This year's Customer Day will take place on 5 November 2025 in the Stadthalle Wetzlar. Further information will follow shortly.

WINPACCS Customer Day 2024
The 9th WINPACCS Customer Day on 5 November 2024 was a real highlight! Numerous customers from the development cooperation sector found their way to the Wetzlar City Hall, and thanks to the livestream, interested parties from afar were also able to participate. Together we experienced a day full of insights, ideas and exciting discussions around WINPACCS.
Our participants delved into a wide range of topics: a review of the latest developments, a preview of future features and the crucial role of our key users in the further development of WINPACCS. The workshops and presentations were characterised by inspiration and the passion to make our software solutions for development cooperation even better.
But it wasn't just the programme items that generated enthusiasm – there was also plenty of opportunity for personal exchange! Over coffee, during the lunch break and at dinner in the old town of Wetzlar, experiences were shared, contacts were made and exciting conversations were held. The personal networking was particularly enriching, as many people met again the following day at the WINPACCS Symposium and had the opportunity to further deepen their discussions and exchanges on development cooperation topics.

Venue
Located in the heart of the state Hessen in central Germany, Wetzlar straddles the river Lahn a mere 30 miles north of Frankfurt. Having been an economic and cultural hub of the region since medieval times, it is now most famous for its optics industry and its association with German national poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. With a population of just over 50,000 people, Wetzlar remains a favourite among visitors attracted not just by its historic old town and cathedral, but also its beautiful surroundings along the Lahn valley.
