WINPACCS Cloud 2019.02

On 26 June 2019 we will release the new 2019.02 version of WINPACCS Cloud. Again, we hope that this version will realise many of your wishes and that you’ll also find a number of improvements for your day-to-day work. 

The first thing you’ll notice when you open the application is the completely revised design; it now facilitates improved display on mobile devices, extended options for editing tables and an optimised use of screen space. 

The "New features in WINPACCS Cloud 2019.02" white paper describes in detail all the important new elements of the release, including:

  • a completely revised user overview that now offers greater flexibility in managing users and user roles of your organisation;
  • digital vouchers can now be uploaded, without specific hardware or software, to a posting in the Postings functional group of WINPACCS Cloud;
  • an interface for data forwarding of postings from WINPACCS accounting 4 to Company accounting is available.
  • Period and month-end closings can be checked according to the dual control principle.

In the current WINPACCS Cloud 2019.02 we’ve already implemented some preliminary improvements for uploading digital vouchers. We’re also planning to optimise the functions relating to how digital vouchers are used. In one of the next WINPACCS accounting and WINPACCS cashbook versions it will be possible to attach a digital voucher directly when entering a voucher or posting. This will enable you to use flexible hardware and software for creating a digital voucher. 

If you don’t yet use digital vouchers, but would like to introduce the function in your organisation, please contact one of our consultants.

We recommend that you use a current browser to work with the new WINPACCS Cloud:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge

Internet Explorer 11 is no longer being developed by Microsoft. It is thus increasingly less suitable for today’s websites and frequently causes display problems. Even older versions of Internet Explorer should not be used any more, as they are no longer supported by Microsoft and are liable to security gaps.
