The entire WINPACCS team wishes you and your colleagues a Happy New Year! We’re optimistic about the coming year and hope to perhaps see some of you again in person.

Despite the challenges faced in 2020, we continued developing WINPACCS in many areas – thanks to your invaluable feedback!

For example, we added the following new features that you requested:

WINPACCS Cloud 2020.03 – now available

As of 14 January, WINPACCS Cloud is available in the 2020.03 version! From this date onwards, you’ll also be able to download the new versions of WINPACCS Accounting 4.3.1 and WINPACCS Cashbook 2.3.1 from the Customer portal.

For the first time, you’ll now see a complete list of all the journals assigned to you in WINPACCS Cloud. The overview provides you with information that could previously only be found by researching in individual journals or data packets, for example:

  • Was a month-end closing already created in a journal for a specific accounting period?
  • Was a month-end closing already verified in a journal for a specific accounting period?
  • Were supplementary documents uploaded to a month-end closing?
  • What is the current average rate of a journal?

With one click you can open the respective journal or the closing of the journal which was most recently uploaded.

In addition, the Automatic data exchange between both WINPACCS Accounting and WINPACCS Cashbook with WINPACCS Cloud has been improved in several places, so that data in Accounting needs to be updated even less and published in the Cloud less often.

Training in 2021

This year we have planned four weeks of training for Project accountants, Project finance managers and Project controllers. The dates are in March, May, September and November:

  • 09. - 12.03.2021 (10th CW)
  • 18. - 21.05.2021 (20th CW)
  • 14. - 17.09.2021 (37th CW)
  • 16. - 19.11.2021 (46th CW)

Use your free quota of four training days per year and register yourself or your employees in good time!

It goes without saying that we comply with hygiene and social distancing rules at all our events.
