Since 30.01.2020 the WINPACCS Cloud Release 2019.04 offers new functions and improvements.
We have completely modernised the postings functional group in WINPACCS Cloud – it is now easier and more comfortable than ever before to check Project accounting postings in WINPACCS Cloud. You can now use the new functions for filtering, sorting, grouping and searching and save individual views of the posting table.
Furthermore: In WINPACCS you can now plan and manage projects and monitor the project progress and impact! The new Project planning and monitoring functional area is now available. If you would like to use these functions, simply contact us.

The file storage in WINPACCS is now less expensive for certain data (EUR 0.50 per GB instead of EUR 10.00 per GB - see the Basic fee section of the price list).
Digital vouchers, additional documents for closings and documents from the Document management are now stored in the WINPACCS Cloud file storage and not in the WINPACCS Cloud database.
The WINPACCS file storage uses Microsoft Azure Blob Storage on servers in Germany.
In the near future we will contact you about drawing up a contract for order processing in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, in German “DSGVO”), which will mention Microsoft as a subcontractor.
From now on, we would like to offer you the option of paying for your WINPACCS invoices conveniently using SEPA direct debit. This means that we will automatically collect the invoice totals from your account 14 days after invoicing, and you no longer have to worry about paying your bills on time. The SEPA direct debit procedure can be used in all EU member states and beyond, including in Switzerland.
If you would like to use this service, we need a SEPA direct debit mandate from you, which authorises us to collect the invoice totals. To set up the SEPA direct debit mandate or for further information, please contact Mrs Susann Eckert (Tel: +49 6441 7809-27).
