Multiple Dispatch Types for the Aid Supplies

There are four different dispatch types to choose from:

• Distribution to beneficiary group
• Dispatch to another project warehouse
• Decrease
• Theft

Depending on the type different data entry fields are available.

Easy Entry of Collective Postings

The distribution of different supplies with identical delivery dates is made easy through collective postings. The delivery dates need to be entered only once and can then be matched with the delivered supplies.

Stock Reports per Project and Warehouse

A stock report can be generated at any time providing an accurate account of available stocks.

The reports may be grouped e.g. according to

• the stock of a project,
• the stock of a warehouse location or the
• stock overview for aid organisation overall.

Distribution Reports by Beneficiary Group, Type of Item and Country

Distribution reports serve the users to establish an account of delivered items.

The reports may be grouped e.g. according to

• a distribution report for a beneficiary group,
• a distribution report for a project over a year of operation,
• a distribution report for a specific donor.

Centralised Analysis of all Supply Data

All available data per client may be merged together. This allows the possibility for a number of different statistical analyses. E.g.:

• Generation of an organisation’s inventory report at the end of a year
• Grouping of the delivered goods by type of item or region for PR purposes
• Monetary accounting of all stocked goods of an organisation at any time

Comprehensive Sort and Filter Features

To display specific data on-screen or to produce reports, a filter bar is available with filter options for almost every existing data field.

Different options for the user to display the supply data provide an ever optimal presentation of the data.

Administration of Warehouse Locations

The master data of a warehouse location and associated projects are centrally recorded using WINPACCS manager and transferred electronically to WINPACCS distribution.

The user may profit, among others, from the following functions available for each warehouse location:

• Booking of inflows and dispatches for a warehouse location
• Administration of aid supplies of different projects belonging to one warehouse loaction
• Generation of daily balances or monthly closings for a warehouse location or for the goods of a project of a warehouse location
• Provision of stock and distribution reports for a warehouse location or for a project of a warehouse location.

Set Up Beneficiary Groups

WINPACCS distribution offers the possibility to centrally set up beneficiary groups as recipients.

The distribution of items can be assigned to specific beneficiary groups and statistics produced.

Managing Item Categories

For statistics of distribution beyond the project level, in WINPACCS manager item categories and types can be defined and transferred to WINPACCS distribution. Within WINPACCS distribution the items may then be assigned to these groups, allowing systematic statistics and reports.

Multi-Lingual Settings

The user may easily change the language setting to German, English, French or Portuguese.

Intuitive Design

WINPACCS distribution is highly user friendly. A well structured menu and a concise symbol bar for the main functions makes it intuitive and easy to use. Tool-tips give additional orientation for each function if needed.

Comprehensive Online Help

The user is supported by a comprehensive online-help that can be called either through the menu or by using the “F1“ key. The online help is available in German, English and French.

Organisation-Specific Help

Each organisation may enter organisation-specific help information. These own texts can be passed on to all WINPACCS distribution applications.

The application comes with a comprehensive, illustrated and easy to understand user manual. It familiarises the user in a quick, yet complete way with the possibilities of the application. The manual is available in German, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

WINPACCS distribution comes with realistic sample data. The user can thereby explore and easily become acquainted with all functions of the program.

Multi-client capability

Like all WINPACCS modules, WINPACCS distribution features multi-client capability; i.e. the aid supply management of various clients can be managed within one application. This feature also allows adapting and configuring the module for the requirements of each organisation.
