WINPACCS® online offers a web-based software-on-demand solution for international aid organisations to manage the following business processes:

Project Management

The project management function covers the following areas:

  • project master data
  • project finances
  • project internal structures (budget lines)
  • project accounting data
  • project staff
  • project protocol

Donor administration

  • The donor administration part is to manage the donor master data and the financial arrangements for the related budgets.
  • Important milestones can be entered and monitored.
  • Donor specific budget lines can be defined and directly applied for new projects.

Administration of Project Partners

  • Offers the means to centrally manage relevant project partners, such as project implementers, suppliers, service providers etc.).

Account Administration

  • The account administration allows to enter and manage all data of one or various chart of accounts used by your projects worldwide.

Organisation Settings

  • Allows defining your specific project code format, organisational structures and settings of the accounting system.
  • Through these and a number of other settings, WINPACCS® online will adapt itself to the specific requirements of your organisation and business processes.

Centralised User Administration

  • Once defined, a user may access and use all granted WINPACCS® systems worldwide.
  • Using one single Login, the user may work with the WINPACCS® on-site modules as well as with the WINPACCS® online functions.

Centralised Installation Management

  • Using the centralised installation management function, the internal administrators know about all installed WINPACCS® modules and their key data.

Integration into External Systems

  • This functional area permits to establish and monitor automated interfaces between WINPACCS® online and external systems (e.g. central accounting systems, document management systems (DMS)).

Communication between WINPACCS® online and the WINPACCS® suite Installations

  • Administration of the data exchange settings between the WINPACCS® suite modules and WINPACCS® online.
