WINPACCS^® online – Functions

The project management function covers the following areas:

• project master data
• project finances
• project internal structures (budget lines)
• project accounting data
• project staff
• project protocol

• The donor administration part is to manage the donor master data and the financial arrangements for the related budgets.
• Important milestones can be entered and monitored.
• Donor specific budget lines can be defined and directly applied for new projects.

• Offers the means to centrally manage relevant project partners, such as project implementers, suppliers, service providers etc.).

• The account administration allows to enter and manage all data of one or various chart of accounts used by your projects worldwide.

• Allows defining your specific project code format, organisational structures and settings of the accounting system.
• Through these and a number of other settings, WINPACCS^® online will adapt itself to the specific requirements of your organisation and business processes.

• Once defined, a user may access and use all granted WINPACCS^® systems worldwide.
• Using one single Login, the user may work with the WINPACCS^® on-site modules as well as with the WINPACCS^® online functions.

• Using the centralised installation management function, the internal administrators know about all installed WINPACCS^® modules and their key data.

• This functional area permits to establish and monitor automated interfaces between WINPACCS^® online and external systems (e.g. central accounting systems, document management systems (DMS)).

• Administration of the data exchange settings between the WINPACCS^® suite modules and WINPACCS^® online.
