Linking WINPACCS modules worldwide

WINPACCS communication is a web-based application to link WINPACCS modules worldwide.

The communication service is tailor-made for the needs of development cooperation and humanitarian aid.

• Given an internet connection, WINPACCS communication will directly and automatically manage the data exchange.
• In case the internet connection is interrupted, all modules can be further used as normal without any restriction. As soon as the internet is available again, data exchange is initiated automatically.
• In case no internet is available at all, data synchronisation can also be done via “manual” data file exchange.
