The WINPACCS Symposium 2009 took place in the conference rooms of Rittal Arena in Wetzlar on 7 October 2009.

Impressions of the WINPACCS Symposium 2009
- Mr Bork (director of mbi GmbH) declares the WINPACCS Symposium open.
- Experts from many aid organisations attend the WINPACCS Symposium.
- Mrs Pfeiffer (MdB) makes the opening speech and talks about her tasks as deputy chairwoman of the commitee for economic cooperation and development.
- Mr Scharmann (mbi GmbH), who gives lectures on “Digital archiving of vouchers“ and the “WINPACCS community network“, leads through the programme.
- The enthusiastic audience is presented a live demonstration of the new version of WINPACCS accounting 3.0 by Mr Kopp (GTZ GmbH) and Mr Bott (mbi GmbH).
- The WINPACCS Symposium is a good opportunity to talk to the WINPACCS team and to discuss current issues.
- The attending experts exchange useful information in their conversations.
- Between the lectures and the workshops the attenders have animated conversations.
- New contacts between experts of diverse organisations for development cooperation are established.
- In his lecture „The use of WINPACCS in foreign offices“ Mr Gehring (Caritas International) explains the possibilities of using the WINPACCS system worldwide.
- In a workshop Mr Gomer (Partner Aid International) and Mr Schmidt explain the introduction of WINPACCS in a smaller aid organisation.
- The attenders of the WINPACCS Symposium are pleased with the successful event.
