Maintenance contract

It is possible to conclude a maintenance contract, that allows fast access to the most current versions of WINPACCS^®.

The annual maintenance charge is 18 % of the licence fee. The annual maintenance charge includes the updates to all available new developments and modifications. Excluded are substantial extensions of the functionality or major technology shifts.
