The seminar teaches the necessary knowledge and skills to centrally administer the WINPACCS system. This includes configuring master data for your own organisation and managing different charts of accounts.

- setting up charts of accounts
- setting up projects
- defining user groups and assigning user rights for WINPACCS manager
- transferring master data to the different WINPACCS suite modules
Target audience
This seminar is for selected staff of the head office or regional offices, responsible for administering project master data and charts of accounts.
Participant qualification
Experience in working with computers, MS Windows and the internet. Basics of financial management of projects of development cooperation and humanitarian aid. Basic knowledge of the WINPACCS suite modules.
