Seminar WINPACCS^® cashbook

This seminar will acquaint you with the use of the electronic bank- and cashbook WINPACCS^® cashbook.

Seminar content 

• Basics of electronic bank- and cashbooks
  Application areas, requirements and use of electronic cash- and bankbooks
• Configuring the master data
  Clients, chart of accounts and import of project master data
• Setting up of an electronic cash- and bankbook
  Differences between bank- and cashbooks, configuration of cashier and substitute, limits
• Entering cash and bank vouchers
  Entering income and expenses into the cash- and bankbook, allocating accounts and project internal structures, detecting corrections, distinction between vouchers to be booked or not to be booked in project accounting
• Exporting cash- and bankbook vouchers to WINPACCS^® accounting
• Transferring vouchers to project accounting
• Finalising cash- and bankbooks
  Cash- and bankbooks that are no longer needed are finalised, further entries are no longer possible
• Working with the archive
  Evaluation of the vouchers of cash- and bankbooks that have been transferred to project accounting

Used program versions

Until 30.04.2012 seminars on WINPACCS^® cashbook are based on version 1.4. From 01.05.2012 seminars use WINPACCS^® cashbook version 1.5.

Target audience

The seminar is for staff of projects and regional offices who want to use WINPACCS^® cashbook to manage their cash- and bankbooks.

Number of participants

We offer this seminar to a maximum number of 8 participants in order to assure successful learning results.

Participant qualification

Experience in working with computers and MS Windows.

Fees

Germany: 150 € or 130 € for early bookers
Abroad: 200 € or 180 € for early bookers
