Simple reposting of cost categories for the current period. - Voucher splitting
Splitting a voucher on several project internal structures. - Cash and bank reconciliation
Comparing the cash and bank account balances to the cash account records and bank account statements. If necessary, explaining differences and generating automatic reconciliation documentations. - Balance reports
Balance reports include reconciliation of cash and bank accounts as well as receivables and liabilities. - Digital voucher archiving
WINPACCS® accounting 3.0 features digital voucher archiving. You can print labels with barcodes for each voucher and load digitally accessible vouchers directly on your monitor.
Target audience
This seminar is designed for accountants working on projects, in regional or head offices that already use WINPACCS® accounting and who familiar with the release WINPACCS® accounting 2.3.
Number of participants
We offer this seminar to a maximum number of 8 participants in order to assure successful learning results.
