Caritas Germany

Caritas Germany is a relief, development, and social service organisation working to build a better world, especially for children, the elderly, sick, and disabled persons. Their key to sustained success is the competence and commitment of local Caritas staff.

Caritas Germany implements up to 1.000 aid projects a year worldwide. Over the last years the annual average funds spent on projects amounted to 56 Mio Euro.

Since January 2008 Caritas Germany uses WINPACCS^® software to administer and monitor their project finances. The software is specifically designed for the requirements of international aid organisations, allowing sound accounting practice and transparent reporting of used funds. By the push of a button the financial data is transferred to the Caritas head office in Germany and imported via an interface into the central accounting system.
