The web-based functions of the WINPACCS system will now be combined under the name "WINPACCS server."

The WINPACCS system now consists of two components: WINPACCS suite with the computer applications for on-site projects and regional offices, as well as WINPACCS server as a web-based platform for the coordination of world-wide IT-procedures for international aid organisations. This enhanced and consolidated server will better accommodate the increasing needs for web-based services and functions of our global clients base.

The WINPACCS discount campaign 2010 has begun. We give a 15% discount on all modules of WINPACCS suite ordered before 12/31/2010. New customers who decide to install WINPACCS in 2010 will be given an additional discount of 30 % on all WINPACCS seminars pending until 31/12/2011.

An expanded WINPACCS DATEV interface is now available. The interface enables an easy conversion of accounting data from WINPACCS accounting to DATEV format and is widely used by accounts departments in Germany.

Furthermore, the interface gives you the possibility of converting data from DATEV to WINPACCS format. For example, entries made in accounting can be imported and used for projects in WINPACCS cost control as well as for reports for external donors.

The complete WINPACCS suite has been successfully tested with Windows 7. Consequently, all of the WINPACCS modules obtain the official Microsoft “Compatible with Windows 7“ logo.

For 2010 we expanded our training program for WINPACCS further. From February to November 2010 you can either take part in Bonn/Germany or in one of the regional seminars in Kenia, Mali, Senegal, Uganda, Turkey or Thailand.
