WINPACCS Partner Organisations
It is our goal to constantly improve WINPACCS and to match the growing requirements of organisations of development cooperation and humanitarian aid.
To this end, we have established close partnerships with the following organisations.
Deutsche Gesellschaft für technische Zusammenarbeit
Originally WINPACCS accounting was developed by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH. In 2002 mbi GmbH acquired the rights for distribution and further development. The further development of WINPACCS accounting was done in close collaboration of GTZ IT staff and developers of mbi. For WINPACCS cashbook a similar arrangement was used.
Welthungerhilfe
Welthungerhilfe introduced WINPACCS as their standard project accounting tool in 1994. They contributed with their valuable know-how when developing WINPACCS cost control. Especially the extensive expertise of Welthungerhilfe on the administration and settlement of accounts for funds from donors proved to be very helpful.
German Development Service
The German Development Service (DED) uses WINPACCS since 1994. Since then, a close cooperation with mbi GmbH has developed
Professionals of DED significantly contributed to the design of the modules WINPACCS cost control and WINPACCS manager.
Caritas Germany
In January 2008 Caritas Germany introduced WINPACCS accounting and WINPACCS cost control in their worldwide offices and uses WINPACCS manager to administer the master data of all projects. Feedback from Caritas with their long expertise in implementing aid projects will help to further develop WINPACCS.
Partner Aid International e.V.
Since 2009, Partner Aid International e.V. (PAI) has been using WINPACCS accounting, WINPACCS cost control and WINPACCS cashbook for their international projects and WINPACCS manager for the administration of their projects’ master data. As a smaller aid organization, this collaboration has contributed to the integration of the demands and needs of smaller aid organisations into the WINPACCS system.
