23 July 2010: Support requests now available through online form A direct connection to our WINPACCS support team is now available. Regardless of what time it is or where you are, registered WINPACCS users can directly enter and submit their support requests in an easy-to-use online form. Of course all previous methods for submitting support questions (telephone, email, fax or letter) are still available.

5 July 2010: Improved online application process for seminars Our optimised online seminar application makes signing up for WINPACCS seminars quick and easy. Select a seminar, enter your information, confirm your sign up and then submit. It’s that easy!
